August 23- September 27
Increased Strength and Flexibility
Applications that will increase muscle strength, power, endurance and flexibility for dance.
October 11- November 15
The Technique of Turns and Leaps
Proper alignment, strength and the mechanics of these two important elements of dance will be taught. Turns and leaps WILL improve!
January 10- February 14
The Choreography Connection
Dancers will learn the art of creating and arranging dances.
February 21- March 28
Let’s just dance!
