Debbie Flanagan is a Master Pilates Instructor with certifications on all the various Pilates apparatus. She has over 20 years of experience in working both the fitness and rehabilitation industries. She has developed a dance conditioning program here at GDC to strengthen, stretch and stabilize dancer’s muscles. Her goal is to prevent injuries and educate students in self-care.

Debbie is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique and she takes continuing education through NYU Harkness Dance Center. She holds other certifications and continuing education in areas of Pediatric Yoga, Kinesio taping, Neuromuscular Re-Education and Pre-pointe assessment. Debbie holds degrees in Allied Health/Physical therapy and Marketing. Debbie is available for private lessons.
