My love of movement started at an early age-from my first ballet class at age 5, I was hooked. As a child and teenager, I took every dance class that was available.
In college, I started taking group fitness classes and running. I had always enjoyed moving but realized in college how important movement is for the mind and for dealing with stress. After college, I entered the corporate workplace but knew my passion was for movement and encouraging women and men to move for their health.
Come full circle I am back to my roots at GDC teaching movement, mind and body connection. I am a registered barre teacher through the Beyond Barre method and 200 hour registered yoga teacher and personal trainer. Thrilled to do what I do.
